Main objectives:

New capacities building for financing the early phase innovative projects of public and non-profit regional actors which work on innovation promotion and economic development in Southeast Europe

2. Creating network of regional public and non-profit actors for innovations in Southeast Europe with the aim of facilitating transnational technology transfer, project generating and financing.

3. Regional economic development contribution and establishing innovative policy through identification of challenges, increasing the visibility of good practices examples and creation of problem solving proposals (policies, measures, etc)

4. Creating transnational Southeast Europe network and platform for innovation service providers, which will serve as a tool for exchange of ideas, experiences and good practice examples during the project implementation.
