Training on quality management in health tourism in cross-border area.
Within Cross Spa project, training on innovations, development, standards and promotion of services in health tourism was held in Fojnica (B&H), on 19 and 20 November 2013, for representatives of special hospitals, hotels and tourist organizations from Sarajevo Macroregion and Zlatiborski District.

First training on EU standard for top management of Special Hospitals and hotels in cross border area.
Top management of Special hospitals and hotels from Fojnica, Olovo , Ilidza and Zlatibor County was introduced into quality seals EuropeSpa med and EuropeSpa and motivations, trends in the travelling for health and service development and marketing by certified ESPA trainers and leading experts in these fields.

At this year`s gathering of Serbian tourism industry in the Congress Centre of Novi Sad Fair, within the 46th International Fair of Tourism LORIST, Miroslav Radjen, director of Tourism Organization of the Region of Western Serbia, had presented cross-border project Cross Spa, as a part of project activities in this region. While presenting the project objectives and activities, he pointed to the study “Analysis of the Situation and Possibilities for Improvig the Health Tourism”.
